Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School provides a tuition-free course of study to Pennsylvania students , using highly-qualified teachers, accredited courses of study, and state-of-the-art facilities and technology. The program’s key components are:
Arts Immersion Through rich instruction in a student’s chosen art form, as well as meaningful encounters with all arts mediums in an interdisciplinary atmosphere, Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School provides a nurturing environment for students who have a strong interest in the creative and performing arts. This is world-class arts instruction in the area’s only world-class performing arts center.
Arts Exploration Through on-going seminars, workshops, and internships, as well as a variety of performance and production opportunities and other special programs, students at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School can discover and develop their unique interests and aptitudes while exploring a range of artistic interests and career opportunities.
Traditional and Online Academic Instruction Every student at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School receives an Individualized Learning Program — tailored to his or her unique abilities and requirements — delivered by highly-qualified teachers using accredited curriculum.
Transportation: Pennsylvania Charter School Law does not require or provide funding for bussing students to charter schools. However, Lincoln Park has developed a transportation system for our students with a cooperative agreement with Rhodes Transit. The following slides will show our current bus routes and bus stops (hubs). There are no plans to add any additional stops (hubs) along these bus routes. If you live in the surrounding school districts listed below they are mandated by law to transport you to LPPACS. The districts that transport to LPPACS are:
